This product is suitable for consumption by the general population, targeting Malay families. It is also a popular choice for food services. Fruit cordial may contains approximately 25% of juice. While flavoured cordial including Rose, Root Beer and Sarsi, are not of fruit origin, hence do not contain any juice.

Directions

Dilute 1 part of fruit cordial with 4-5 parts of water or according to individual preference.

It is a quality product specially developed to cater the demand of consumers who prefer a more nutritious fruit drinks. GreenHill^® Fruit Drink Base is processed from juice concentrates and may contain up to 90% of juice. It is fortified with vitamin A, B & C and does not contain any artificial sweeteners. Though it is highly concentrated, its direct use in milkshake, ice-creams, desserts and etc is not uncommon.

Usually, rose flavoured drink base is mixed with condensed milk, sugar and water to produce “Air Bandung”, a popular drinks among Malays. Besides, it is also recommended as a flavouring ingredients for pastries and desserts.

Directions

Dissolve 120g sugar in 500ml water, stir in 33ml GreenHill^® Flavoured Drink Base of desired flavour and add water to a final volume of 1000ml to your desire taste.
